ABOUT

I'm Chiny Okonkwo (pronounced chin-knee oh-kwonk-woah), a digital strategist specializing in the intersection of data, user experience, and communication. With a background in Humanities, Computing, and Design — and a foundation in sociology — I bring a deeply people-centered approach to analyzing problems, understanding behavior, and crafting solutions.

I believe great digital experiences come from blending clear communication, thoughtful design, and evidence-backed decision making. Whether I’m optimizing a website, analyzing user behavior, or refining content flows, I’m driven by one goal: making digital experiences more intuitive for the people who rely on them.

Outside of work, I love exploring new restaurants, staying active with cycling and reformer pilates, and traveling with my boyfriend. I’m also fueled by matcha lattes, obsessed with orange tabby cats, and known for making a dangerously good sun-dried tomato chicken couscous.

Across UX research, data analysis, and digital content strategy, my work centers on making complex systems feel effortless. I love uncovering patterns in user behavior, interpreting messy data, and translating insights into clear, actionable decisions that help teams improve and elevate digital services.

I’m currently exploring roles that sit at the intersection of UX, data, and digital strategy. If you’re looking for someone who loves simplifying complexity, uncovering insights, and improving user experiences, I’d love to connect.
